Horrible management. since coming to the arbors the entire complex is run terribly. i am a long time tenant paying rent for years never made a complaint after over 10 years living here but almost immediately after this company took over the property residents both tenants and owners alike are complaining. the arbors will loose tenants that are good paying tenants due to this mismanagement sad to say/ if you are looking to buy a condo do your homework and be sure management is good
