I moved out of my storage unit. I called them, nothing. I even moved out using the web site and now it says im locked out of my account. Only my trailer is stored there so its what im paying for. What kind of message do I need to get to the owner to communicate this? I called left a message. I moved out online and still nothing. Stop creating fees from the air!
This was my first experience with renting a storage unit space, April and her team could have not been more helpful. The booking process was very easy and simple, they made sure I had what I needed, even though it was last minute. The storage unit area looked very well kept, and the security is great. I was totally secure with renting here and highly recommend. The rates speak for themselves!!!
