Received several reminder notices before the appointment. Staff were courteous and friendly. They called me in to the appointment quickly after filling in my paperwork. They also gave me several procedure choices for identified dental issues. The choices were set up to help me prioritize my dental work effectively and deal with the most serious issues first. The service from front desk staff to Dr. Mueller were excellent.

DR. IAN FAWECETT, WHO WAS COVERING FOR DR. NGUYEN - PERFORMED THIS PROCEDURE - HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO AND PERFORMED THIS PROCEDURE WITH MINIMAL DISCOMFORT TO ME - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DENTAL ASSOCIATES FOR ANY DENTAL PROCEDURES REQUIRED.

Today, I learned that Dr. Steven Wong will no longer be at the Winter Haven Office. I am extremely disappointed. He is the best dentist I have ever had do my dental care. I sincerely hope he will be in practice in this area in the future. I will definitely return to his care if he is available.

We ,love to come for teeth cleanings with Helen, your hygienist! She is the Best. We are upset that Dr. Ann & Dr. Steve will no longer be there. I will be back for my cleaning in January and hope to meet the new Dentist and hope he is as wonderful as Dr. Ann & Dr. Steve!

I was pleased with my dental cleaning with Suzan. However, I was so disappointed Dr Wang will no longer be practicing @ that office. He was an excellent dentist, so knowledgeable & caring to his patients. I am sure he will be very missed by all his patients. I, for one, will surely miss him!

Had yet another cleaning at my Tooth Fairy -- the cleaner got me in on time & did an excellent job -- she was careful & thorough and explained everything well -- be back in six months !!!

Very professional with top notch service. I would like to thank Dr. An Nguyen and her staff for doing a fantastic job with my bridge. She has high standards and is very detailed in her work. Helen the dental hygienist did a wonderful job. No pain what so ever afterwards. Highly Recommend this dental facility.
