I've opened up a claim for my total loss vehicle with the ************** I purchased this service when I bought my vehicle. I've tried calling the dealership, I even went into the dealership to retrieve my BUYERS CONTRACT from Honda. Upon going into the dealership the finance gentleman provided the wrong documents to submit to assurance. If there’s a zero star, I would rate them that. Staff is horrible. Took my car there , 2x got flat on my way home both times. 1st time, they recommended I need new tires. At that point I told them can’t afford them. Got flat tire on my way home. 2nd time , I had my tire sensor checked. We were told it’s because we have 2 different kind of tires which is incorrect because we just bought 4 brand new tires, didn’t buy it from them. This customer came in with a complaint of a noise while driving their 2017 Pilot with 58,954 miles. The service advisor and the shop foreman took it for a ride but could not hear a noise so when they returned the customer's wife and the shop foreman took it for another ride and again they could not duplicate the noise issue. Upon returning the customer then asked about the TPMS light, which was on. We offered to diagnose it but the customer did not want to pay for a diagnosis. Staff is horrible. Service Manager and General Manager don't return phone calls. When they lead like that how can we expect their employees to act. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Turned into a nightmare. Their mechanic vandalized my car and management won't acknowledge or respond. Stay away!! Trouble
i purchased my new Accord there in 2018. Have had all of my service done there. And today was a $120 oil change, tire rotation, and wiper inserts. even without the wiper inserts, would have been $100. Which is totally unacceptable.
