Got here to pay my Dad’s surgery on Friday and doors were locked at 4:21pm. Hours of operations are 6:30pm to 4:30pm.
The staff is amazing. They are truly empathetic and kind. I can't say enough kind words. Was having TKR and they explained everything they were doing before they did it and worked hard to reduce my anxiety. And it worked. Special callout to RN Joan. Even when I had an accident she did not make me feel ashamed or embarrassed. Thank you!!!
I had shoulder surgery here. Staff was great - professional, friendly, thorough and punctual! Very good experience. Facility is new and well equipped.
My wife had a procedure done there this week. The RNs were absolutely amazing ( especially Anika) to our needs. Dr. Cox as always knocks it our of the park.
