Great management & friendly neighbors. Walking distance to downtown Winter Garden and neighborhood parks.
Ana and the staff here are super friendly and helpful. The apartments are clean and the grounds are well maintained!
The pictures on the website are so deceiving. When I pulled up to the complex, I thought surely this can't be the right place. I said the GPS has directed me to the wrong place. The outside is rundown looking, it's in an undesirable neighborhood, and the amount that they are asking for rent, 1850/month is a joke. Granted they are doing some remodeling, it is still not worth the high price. There is no sign directing you to the leasing office.
