Placed a online order at 4:30 pm for 5:15 pm pick up . Got there guy says it’s an additional 15 minutes so I sit and wait. Get up after 30 minutes and he was like let me check pizza was just sitting there place was not busy. Good food crap service
We LOVE Winter Garden Pizza Co.! It is our go-to for a fun, stress-free family dinner. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. We have never had a meal we didn’t love!

It was wonderful! Great pizza and lots of choices.
Leadership never here and you can tell by the amount of mistakes the servers made left and right costing the business money. I though will be better when the administration changed but something tells me was just a change from a legal purposes... product is good but bad service takes business nowhere.
4 stars Great place, very spacious. Bruschetta is on point. Beware of what ya order because the pies are huge can feed a party of three easily. NYC pricing but well worth it. Debbie was an awesome server.
I just brought my four kids and my wife here last night. it was great! I see lots of people complaining. wanting little caesars time frames from a sit down restaurant in DOWNTOWN setting that always has something going on. people are always hanging out in DT winter garden. not today, horrible service, food took forever and the server was rude and didn't communicate with us to tell us our food would be taking a while. table next to us got their food before us and came in after us. when the server finally brought the food, she slams it down on the table like it was our fault it took so long.
