The only way I can explain this, is that it's not your regular massage experience. You're not getting a once-over on whatever is hurting, you're getting evaluated and then addressing the real issues -- which may be an entirely different section of the body. I've always been amazed at how what's usually hurting isn't the culprit, but some other muscle/zone that's causing stress.
