I had such a rude experience with the woman who answers the phone at business. I know they do good work, but something as simple as seeing if I could make an appointment to have my car checked out regarding a check engine light was made into such an ordeal. These guys just know what they are doing and know how to explain it! Plus Lisa who handles the scheduling and phones knows her stuff and is a pleasure to work with. I have never felt this comfortable with a mechanic before.
For a year and a half, my engine has been burning more oil than usual. My mechanic at the dealership told me I needed better oil and I’d be fine. I took it to Chris who showed me metal shavings from my engine in the oil reservoir, something the dealership failed to show me because they didn’t want my warranty to kick in to replace my engine.
