I had a guy come out and tell me they would put a new roof and gutter on the front and back of my house. The roofer showed up did his Part. I noticed a bow in the edging, when I ask about it the roofer said gutter goes over it that's how it's screwed down. The gutter guy shows up and only put gutter on part of the front and part of the back.
