From the salesman Kerry to Shane the installer, we were very happy with this purchase. The Prairie design really added to our home’s look.
Paul and his team of expert roofers gave my house a MUCH improved, completely new roof at very reasonable prices too. I received way more than the 4 other estimates. The most noticeable look is the old outdated whirlybird vents to the sleak & streamlined ridge-vent system. I also received the gutter leaf guard screens that allow only water to pass through the tiny holes & other debris wash off. I can't wait forvthe next downpour lol. I keep receiving calls from this company despite me asking them to remove me from their call list. The last person I talked to even got really rude and said "you can just hang up." I work a call center job and that is an unacceptable customer interaction. I asked to be removed from the call list. All that needs to happen at that point is for you to say okay, confirming you ARE removing me from receiving future calls and then saying goodbye. Don't try and argue with me about it.
Very competitive prices for good quantity windows Installation day was great,the installers were polite,respectful and did the whole job in one day without stopping . Very happy with everything thanks!
