Excellent customer service in both the showroom and at the service counter. Maureen in the showroom was very helpful when we were picking out a faucet and sink for our kitchen renovation. When our order came in we were called immediately. Very smooth pick up and the gentleman at the counter was very courteous. Would recommend
We had a minor issue with locating a receipt from years back for a faulty water pump I had purchased there, but manager Tom and his wife made the process of utilizing the warranty (w/ 1 month left to expire!) a breeze. They are awesome!
