I wanted to talk about the EXCELLENT customer service we received from Mark. I spoke to him on the phone the day before coming to pick up our water heater that was still under warranty. He told me exactly what we needed to bring and how to get the service tag off the old unit. He advised me it would take him about 30 minutes (which was very good to know). Rushed us during appt. Never responded to questions and would not give us an availability time. Francis knew we had a deadline and literally sat in her office with the door open letting a trainee tell us she had no clue. We were prepared to spend our money that day. Francis blew us off.
