Excellent service, and very knowledgeable staff. Eddie at the counter was very helpful. I called ahead, he verified the inventory of the part I was looking for. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Amazing customer service, top notch guys. Oscar, Eddie and Rob always willing to go the extra mile to serve their customers with all their HVAC needs. They keep really good inventory of the Parts we need the most, so we can get A/C units back up running without having to wait days or weeks on parts when we need them the most.
Terrible customer service, stood at the front counter for at least 10 minutes while a bug-eyed pug looking worker in a red shirt walked back-and-forth, ignoring me. There were two other guys also there and they both ignored me. Then another guy walks in that they apparently know and everybody jumps to help him. If you’re not in the trades, these guys won’t help you. In fact, all of the workers from the front counter to the warehouse act like they’re doing you a huge favor by selling you stuff.
