Extremely fair, caring, and knowledgeable. The service response time was quick and painless. If you own a foreign car, this is a very trustworthy mechanic. I appreciate the amazing work and price for repairs on my vehicle. The facility is extremely clean, and the refreshments and snacks add to the comfort and make you feel at home! 10/10!!!

Nate is so incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable! Usually when I call mechanics they barely let me get a word out before they disregard/disrespect me or start cutting me off, I'm sure other women especially can relate. Nate heard me out about the whole situation, thanked me for the info, and got me scheduled for service immediately. Working with Nate was fantastic from start to finish. I scheduled an appointment with multiple concerns on my truck and he took the time to address each concern, keep me informed, and even showed me the issues he found. Nate was quick to respond, was able to get to our vehicle asap to diagnose. After finding out our engine was blown Nate gave us tons of information on what our next step was with getting a new engine put it. I will forever be sending everyone for their vehicle maintenance needs to Winston's due to Nate being a stand up honest and knowledgeable guy!
