They are the best, over the top customer service from each employee. They go way out of their way to get you what you need in a timely manner. Highly recommend using Winston Water Cooler in Lufkin for all of your plumbing and pipefittings needs.
Our hot water heater under warranty started leaking. Unable to locate the plumber that originally installed and we were lost. Kinda "fell" on Winston starting with Jeffrey in Jacksonville and ending with Jerry and the crew in Lufkin. Outstanding group of folks that Winston should be glad to have as a part of their staff. Tank is installed and running like a champ. Thanks Winston! Outstanding job!
