Just a warning for anyone looking to rent from this building. There is a huge construction site right next to this building for an entirely new apartment complex. I’m sure it will be noisy for years. Broker was incredibly rude to me. He was dismissive, dishonest, and hung up on me on multiple occasions. He insisted that the construction site wouldn’t be noisy at all despite the fact the constructions site was right next door.
