I lived at Winston Place a few years ago and loved it. Although it is an older community, I found the maintenance team took excellent care of things. The management knew me by name and was friendly. I knew most of my neighbors, and didnt really have to deal with a lot of noise (hard to say in a college town). Anything that needed fixed was done promptly. I would highly recommend these these apartments to anyone. They are not the closest to campus, but the upside of that is that theres not a lot of college type problems, and ... read more

Horrible place to live! The apartments are too small for such a big price and look like crap. Crappy carpet that is "less than nine months old". Yeah right. Terrible paint job and infested with spiders. Ive also had numerous skin and respiratory problems since living here and so have my pets! We were scheduled to have maintenance done the day after we moved in because there were still things that needed to be fixed and they never came to fix them. Most people here are loud and obnoxious and management is stupid and rude. I w... read more
