I've lived here for over 22 yrs as a Disabled Veteran. There is no other place I rather live in Miami! It's like a private, family oriented place. Trees, Birds, Swimming Pools, Bicycles , Running, Weight lifting, Schools up to High School just a walk away, ball room, parking , etc etc and friendly people ! Believe me, after 22 years I rather live here than Miami Beach, anytime !
Nice family neighborhood. Beautiful clubhouse with two pools, full gym, seven tennis courts, beautiful lake, volleyball court, basketball court, racquetball court, adult and teen lounges, barbecue area, children park, and so on for a really low maintenance fee of $39.00 per month.
