Residing at Winston Oaks was by far the best “rental” experience I have had. My son and I absolutely loved living here. The living space is large, comfortable, and quiet. The location is perfect, close to the expressway, shopping, eateries, everything! Ben Bartolini, the owner is top-notch. He is kind, attentive, and very responsive. The management and and maintenance staff of Winston Oaks is far superior to most apartments and condos. The Landlord is very responsive and involved in the upkeep and quality of the residents who live in the complex. The residents are helpful and look out for one another and the safety of everyone. The complex has a mix of families and roommates as well as ages and races which makes the environment welcoming. The condo space itself is well cared for and extremely spacious. I have lived at Winston Oaks for over two years. The units are spacious and well maintained. The cost per square foot is very reasonable. Large living and dining areas, updated kitchen with granite and breakfast bar. Management is quick to respond to issues, and the Maintenance Man does a great job. I like it that this is a small community so there aren’t moving trucks in the parking lot every weekend. The parking lot is well lit, and security cameras are used. Overall great choice. Joanne D.
We have lived at Winston Oaks for over 6 years now and have nothing negative to say about this place. The units are very spacious and well maintained. The owner is quick to resolve any issues. The location is ideal for shopping and dining.
