Such an amazing flower shop! I wanted to gift my partner an arrangement to surprise them but ended up leaving with this beautiful, potted orchid. Both of the ladies working there (I feel so bad for not remembering names) were also just so personable and knowledgeable. They educated me a bit about how to put together a beautiful arrangement in the future and also gave me really easy and simple care instructions for my partner’s plant. Excellent selection of house plants and arrangements of fresh flowers made to order. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. It can be pricey, but definitely my go-to florist in Boston.
THIS is how ordering flowers should be! I live in Florida and needed flowers for dear friends in South Boston. CAYCE answered my call and I immediately knew I chose the right Florist. Cayce listened to my vision and offered the most amazing suggestions. She was so friendly, patient and lovely. The transaction was super smooth and the communication was spot on. Flowers dying 48 hours after purchase. Thoroughly disappointed. Had the flowers not cost as much as a car payment I’d only be a little disappointed. But seriously when with a straight face youre selling outrageously overpriced flowers with immense pretense rhe game wears thin when the flowers are dying less than 2 days later. Hard to imagine using this company again. Caveat emptor!
I've never been to a Winston flower shop, but based on the van that I just saw on route 128, I never will. Their driver was driving so aggressive, weaving in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed. When I caught up to him, he had his head buried in his phone. Not the best endorsement for your shop! Every member of your team is a reflection of your business.
