I was referred to this place by my EAP. So far the experience has been overwhelmingly negative. The counselor, Joleen Muenz, was immediately late. She showed up 20 minutes late on on the first appointment and was NOT AT ALL apologetic. She just did not care lacked the professionalism to acknowledge it. The session was okay, nothing special. I've taken my children to this practice since they opened. I've also referred people to them. Good communication Counselors take time and get to know their patients. Easy online scheduling once your an established patient.
Lack of communication, They never respond, when they did call back I was given others information. Two weeks for a call Back, they are only open 2 days a week. Tread carefully
