Great company. A client of mine called at 2pm on a Saturday to say their AC was out, and it was getting very hot in their home. I called Corey Winston, and he picked up right away and was at the house in less than an hour. He unclogged a condensate drain line, replaced a failing capacitor and restored the AC right away. He also went back a couple of days later to professionally clean the outdoor condensing unit. Was quick, easy to work with, and gave a very fair price for a weekend emergency. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life. They gave me an arrival time between 10 am and 12 pm. At 12:17 I texted their main number (the number that had been texting me) and ask for an ETA and they responded with “about 30 minutes.” At 1:07 i texted again saying that no one had shown up yet.
