They responded to my request within minutes with an upfront price for thermostat install which was less than half of one quote and another company charged same rate Winston charged me just to show up and would not quote a rate for the actual job. They were here the next morning and done in no time and I had heat to my office.

Let's begin with, his services were "recommended" to me. That in itself was a genuine highlight. I sent him a message, explaining the issue. He called me back in just a few minutes. And was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. He did discover there was another issue, in addition to his original thoughts, after seeing the unit.
