The living conditions are terrible. There had been no maintenance in almost a year. High priority concerns of fixes due to lack of maintenance aren’t being met. Property mangers are being severely and poorly treated by corporate. Some property managers have resigned due to lack of safety and deadly threats due to tenants frustration and tensions are very high. We have an high level on Infestation of bed bugs. Many of the people who live there are low life garbage. I rented a 2 bedroom loft on the main floor from 2011 to 2012. In that time I was assulted, robbed, had packages stolen, and had to call the police to come out 2 times one night because of the insane loudness of the party in the loft next door because the security company they hire is useless. I was told there are drugs all through the building and constant robberies. The security is virtually non existant and they have had all of their internet computers stolen fro... read more
