This review is directed toward the office staff, specifically Jackie, who assists Nurse Practitioner Sandra Kim. I have not received care from Dr. Winston Chung himself. While Sandra has always been pleasant and professional, Jackie’s handling of patient communication has been consistently disappointing. She often sounded irritated when I called, rushed me through questions, and rarely followed up unless I called multiple times. Her lack of responsiveness became a pattern. Dr. Chung has been my mother’s physician for years. I couldn’t ask for a better physician. He genuinely cares and follows through with everything. If you want a physician that will do everything he can to help you and keep you healthy, I would recommend Dr. Chung. His professionalism and attention to detail is everything that makes a great doctor and a great person as well. Thank you Dr. Chung for everything you have done and all of the support and kindness you continue to show my mother.
