Terrible service and poor work. There are no stars for this company at all. They have the wrong name Done Right AC, should be Done Wrong AC!!! Bad!!!
These people provide terrible service and lie constantly ....the first time they came to assess our AC I was told the worker would arrive in the morning, he showed up at 730pm. It took them two weeks to get the part in and come back. Two weeks later they are supposed to come and install the new part, the day this was supposed to happen they called me at 430pm and said they worker forgot to bring the part w him so instead he would come back the next day.
Do not use this company why there even on the list of ac repairmen for first American home warranty is beyond me. Our ac has gone out twice already and their last diagnosis of the problem was "there are no mechanical failures at this TIME". The one guy they sent both times has no idea what hes doing, after the first visit we asked if they could send a different technician and we were told by there company that he was the ONLY employee they have other than the owner and that they were NOT gonna send him.
