Lived here for 16 years and this place has gone downhill. Had no heat for the past nonth and i know i need a new heater as the last one was installed 16 years ago. They have lied about a part needed and i have to call the maintenance man to turn the heater on for a hour or so. Ready to contact a attorney and move from this fiasco community..... Beware they lie and cant be trusted.....
