I use to never have issues b4 it was Windsouth I've not been able to use my stuff BC of the new update I tried for FOUR hours to get in touch with a staff member who was rude once I got her so me imagine how we feel on this end??.... Wow nothing was wrong with the old system ...I've not been able to check my balances....if I over draft I WILL NOT PAY OVERDRAFT CHARGES .
Use to be good, totally sucks now. Guess I'll find a real bank
Pathetic that your system upgrade was made at the expense of your customers. We coyld not transfer money or even see how much we had. Never seen a bank just completely shut down for an upgrade. Shame on you!!
We are always having problems accessing our money. It's not just once this happens frequently. Problems with our cards not working, transferring money or withdrawing money from ATM.
