I can honestly say nothing positive about my experience. Needless to say I have had to retain an attorney in order to resolve all issues. I advise anyone and everyone to avoid doing business with this so called financial institution. I wouldn't give them any starts but that isn't an option.
Have done business with this place so long even when it was steel workers but ,my last few experiences with this place has been terrible from not getting credit for paying loans off to not being able to get the company that takes care of insurance on loans to show I have insurance on my loans which I have contacted by my insurance agent 5 times and now they have charged my account 2340.00 for insurance that I already had !and my agent has proof where she faxed them and that company 5 times !It used to be a great place to do ... read more

It used to be a wonderful place to bank, but over the last 6 months it spiraled downward drastically. Had an account with them since 1998, and no problems until recently. Since the day I got my new debit card l, it only worked when it wanted to. Instead of accepting the fact that I was issued a bad card, they wanted $10 for another one. Then they closed their doors for a "system upgrade". After a few days of not being able to view my account, transfer money, etc. they finally got it up and running again.
