Sold a vehicle overpriced and only had it for less than 6 months. Already had transmission replaced, Air compressor and now its cold and I have not heating. The front end of the vehicle is making noise when you push the breaks. I really would like for them to just take this vehcile back.
Absolute horrible customer service not only through their parts department but management also. When filing a complaint, the management turns things on their customers instead of accepting what their staff has said or done. They will blame the customer for the unpleasant experience they had with **** Winslow, As shown in review replays from ****.This dealership is an example of why dealerships get a bad name.
This dealer charges unreasonable markups on vehicles. They are GOUGING Arizonans and should be put out of business.
