I can't say enough good things about Winslow Animal Hospital. I've been taking Lily there since I got her as a puppy and I am always so impressed with them. From the vets to their front desk staff. Whether I'm going in for a routine visit or an emergency they always go above and beyond and treat Lily likes she's their own dog.
I came here almost ten years ago, originally after searching for a vet who specialized in canine orthopedic issues, and was so pleased with the care that I have remained a loyal customer ever since. We're on the second patient now, but the staff has remained as helpful, friendly, and informative as ever. I especially appreciate their consideration regarding financial concerns...it would be nice if I could say, "whatever it costs", but that's just not my reality, and our doctor does keep that in mind. I love the way they really show love and concern for our furry family members. I never wait long to be seen and never feel rushed. I have seen Dr. Draper and Dr. Bonn and both are so compassionate. Dr.Bohn is treating my Mama for breast cancer and is very informative about her situation. I would recommend the Winslow Animal Hospital to everyone. I also would like to say the vet assistant who assisted Dr.Bohn is WONDERFUL. Sorry don't remember her name.
We are senior citizens and didn't know where to turn for our dog Duey. We couldn't have picked a better place. The care, understanding and compassion was above and beyond any medical staff we have experienced. Although Duey wasn't able to stay with us Dr. Shelia Levie took the time to compassionately help us understand all the circumstances. We highly recommend Winslow Animal Hospital. Words could never express our gratitude !
