The best property management They pay right way!
This company is horrible. They BANNED me from looking at homes/ apartments because I was searching for a few months and hadn’t chosen anything, at least that’s my guess. I even asked what I did wrong, and no response. Please read the reviews before renting with these people. They are cruel
They are unreceptive and have no care for personal issues. Have not rented from them. Was not allowed because of my daughter be in with me part time.
I was able to rent from them on short notice. Carmen was flexible and willing to work with me. I appreciated that I could complete all the paperwork online and that they accommodated a lockbox key drop-off, which meant I didn't have to go to the office to return the keys. Which was very helpful. Thank you!
ALSO IF YOU PAY ATTENTION, THEY HAVE EMPLOYEES RATING 5 STARS TO BOOST THEIR AVERAGE RATING GOOD COMPANIES DO NOT DO THIS! If you're working purely with joy, you'll be ok she's nice! Carmen you need to watch out for! We were approved for a property off of justina we decided not to go with, but we continued to apply to winrock places. When talking with Carmen about our cats, we informed her their emotional support animals, she still tried to charge us for them and claimed we never told her they were ESAs.
