This management company is absolutely horrible — do not rent with them! If you think JWB is bad, this is worse. Since they took over this property, residents have been complaining nonstop. Their communication is terrible, and if you work with Carmen, nothing will get done or communicated. They raised rent by $170 with no added amenities and gave zero explanation ( which is completely legal- which is why they do it) On top of that, I was told I had to provide a 60-day notice, but they conveniently sent my renewal information ... read more
After speaking with Ms. Carmen Verhoeven..,and giving all of my personal information bank accounts..jobs..,as well as other personal information..she had given misleading information about assisting me in my situation of getting an apartment... it seems like they obtain all of your information and then deny your application and then take it personal when you're disappointed with being lied to and mislead..my question is..why take si long to inform you that they aren't willing to assist you..and furthermore what is being done... read more
The worst of the worst
I recently completed three years of renting an apartment from Winrock Property Management, I can honestly say that this firm has been one of the best ones that I have dealt with over the last fifteen years, Especially Mrs. Joy, she has restored my belief in property managers and a person who is truly concerned about ones well being as a tenant. Thank you so much for being a great property manager and person over these last three years.
During a recent interaction, Carmen stated that due to being on vacation, applications would need to wait and that potential residents would not be able to move in. As someone who values professionalism and timely service, I found this response to be highly unprofessional and concerning—especially coming from a person in a leadership role.
