The owner of the KOA was right, Winona's is the best breakfast in town! Absolutely killer food, in a great little cozy restaurant
I got pretty hyped up about this place from the reviews online. Sadly this was a "meh" experience for me. The breakfast food is standard and reminded me of Denny's. Service was alright but nothing great. The vibe is like an older diner. We did not try any pastries.
