I was looking for a new dentist office and I tried calling here 3 times and reaching out via email and got no response They did call me one day but I was busy, each time I tried to reach back out there was nobody to answer the phone and I ensured this was in their hours of operation. I don't want to go to a dental office that I can't reach out to so I'll be looking for a different office

Dr. Wong is an amazing dentist… Couldn’t ask for better. The 2 stars isn’t a reflection of the dentist. My struggle was with being able to make an appointment(told “we’d” make one when we came in) leaving me to wait more than a month to make the appointment and wait again for the next available opening, months down the road and having my daughters oral care covered through the government. I asked a number of times and waited months and then was told that it’s likely that she wouldn’t get to it for a very long time. We don’t ... read more
