I have been bringing my children to Winnsboro Pediatric Associates for years, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing due to the attitude and lack of professionalism from several staff members. Over time, I have encountered rude and dismissive behavior that makes patients feel unwelcome. I even stopped coming at one point because of this, but returned out of convenience since it is close to home. Sadly, the experience has not improved.
