The staff at Winnipesaukee Eye are welcoming, helpful and pleasant. The staff are especially great when selecting the right eye wear to fit my lifestyle and personality. I have always had a great experience there!

Very rude and unprofessional staff.... Find a place that understands customer service. First time there they screwed up the script. Second time there the frames fell apart in 8 months . They did nothing about it. Called for months for an appointment or for help fixing the frames. Staff shunned me for 3 months then called last minute months later offering me an appointment the following day that my schedule was not allowing me to go on such short notice. Thier RUDE RESPONSE...... TAKE IT OR YOU CAN JUST GO BACK ON THE BOTTOM ... read more

Very judgmental staff. They're nice and friendly until they see your insurance card. After that they treat you like garbage. If you have state insurance don't come here. They don't seem to realize there are people who have state insurance who DO have jobs. Who are decent, good community members who contribute to society. People who aren't offered insurance through their employer. It's not the individuals fault the state doesn't repay Doctors the rate they should be repaid at. That doesn't give you the right to cast judgement... read more

I have been going there for a long time. The last time I went there one of the front staff members was rude and so were the ones in the back. They did not give prices on the frames and it was very expensive even with insurance. I will not be returning.

Best eye doctor I have ever been to! Very friendly and helpful. Took the time to find the right contacts for me. Worked with me when I felt my script wasn't right. Thank you so much!

Nicest doctors in town! They treated me and my family with nothing but respect and efficiency. Such a warm office to walk into!

Please, please let your patients know right away when you are running behind, especially when you are more than an hour behind. It's very unfair when we show up early, as requested and are not made known that you are so behind. I understand that things come up, but it is unacceptable to not notify your patients when they are going to be waiting so long!
