Unfortunately, I had an accident with my Ranger and it ended up on its side. I brought it to WSL dealership in Kenora. They were courteous and friendly. Got an estimate (as far as damage to my Ranger). Turned out, it was over $6,000.00 dollars. I made an Autopac claim and it was approved. Parts were ordered and the machine was properly fixed, back to perfect condition! I dealt with Dennis, Liz, Cindy and I believe (Wayne), the tech who did the work. Everyone was great! With locations in Winnipeg and Kenora, the advantages are obvious if you have a place on Lake of the Woods. Furthermore, they have great customer service. Lastly, I trust these people. I'll be buying (and servicing) my future machines from WSL.

Our boat stopped working last weekend. I spoke with Rob and he was able to get us in. We picked up the boat today and it works perfectly. Thank you Rob, Ryan and Liz. You guys make spending money fun.

I had never bought a boat before and thought I knew what I wanted for seats, but it turned out I did not make the best choices. WSL was very accommodating in exchanging the seats I had ordered for ones that worked better for the boat. Cindy & Duncan were especially good at communication and getting things done quickly.
