Every time I call the clinic or the reception for allergy, both ladies are beyond unpleasant to talk to. They sound like they hate their life. Im not looking for great service over the phone, but enough to say it's OK service. Just adding to the list of comments and experiences with these women who clearly don't care about their job OR the people that they speak to. I’ve never had any issues with either dermatology or allergy at this clinic. The woman at the front is extremely accommodating anytime I have to move my appointments as I am from up north and traveling to Winnipeg is difficult especially in winter. People will find any reason to complain when they do not get what they want, and fail to understand these reviews are for the clinic as a whole, and not for one department. The lady at front reception is extremely rude. So unfriendly and unwelcoming when I first walked in and even more rude on the phone. Seems like she hates her job and honestly shouldn't be working in customer service. Based on all the other reviews, everyone feels the same way. The nurse that came in to do the allergy test on my daughter was great. She was so nice, friendly and informative on what we were doing. The doctor that we saw was pretty good.
