This was my first time seeing Dr. Hamik. My appointment was for 8:30. I arrived by 8:15 and was in the office by 8:25. My complete appointment took about one hour with all the tests. Dr. Hamik was very thorough and friendly.
Two reception desks that were completely unstaffed for a full hour, phones not being answered. No signs indicating that anyone was on lunch. I walked around the hallways being completely ignored by staff who avoided eye contact with me, terrible work culture that does not value customer service or being helpful in any way. Have been here for an hour without even being able to check in. I wish I could give a 0 star!! Or negative ratings! Why give an appointment if you’re not going to take the person in at the time given! Waiting here since almost an hour and upon checking again, they say 7-8 more people ahead of me and yet might take 2 more hours before they take me in? The person on the reception says oh it’s normally that way…. Sorry can’t help!! They don’t understand that People have jobs to report to!! ?? We keep paying and extending parking as we don’t know when we will get done! Such hopeless system! ... read more
