I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and bedside manner demonstrated during my visit with Dr. Beverly Lee-Chen. Throughout the appointment, I felt rushed and dismissed. The interaction lacked empathy and respect, which I believe are fundamental aspects of quality patient care. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Dr. Beverly Lee-Chen or this clinic. I found both to be a poor representation of what patients should expect from our healthcare system in Canada.
