Had an appointment with Dr Harris at 11:30. I'm still in the waiting room at 2:36. Haven't been seen. I was told by reception that they book appointments back to back and then people 'talk a lot'. This is beyond disrespectful. Patients have lives and other things to do. I'm never coming back here. I'm sure the doctor won't care at all if I ever get in either.
I had a very disappointing experience during an appointment with Dr. Harris. I attended an appointment with an individual I support and a staff member. The appointment was for medication management, but Dr. Harris noticed blisters on the individual's arms that had first appeared about three weeks earlier.
