I seen these apartment unit 1bd twice and I loved it. Has elevator in the building with a washer dryer in the unit. Nice size apartment unit 1bd. Do have HCVS on hold do to the fraud of some people who are very liars took advantage of their behavior and human services provide their programs. Nothing I did to be put in ASST LIVING HOME in maplewood Minnesota write now.

I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend living here the management is very poor if you need something fixed don't hold your breath both buildings are very dirty and the worst part is they have roaches crawling everywhere and don't hold your breath for pest control management will not call them so if your looking for a dirty cockroach 🪳 infested limited management, loud neighbors, fights in the hallways and police sirens 🚨 every night then this is the place 😉 your right across the street from a bus stop(very loud & homeless sleep... read more

Worst apartment ever they have roaches and they never fix anything you ask like your heat during winter being off it’s also in a bad neighborhood

The managers need to be replace they don't know how treat the tenants, specially if you are none white tenant.
