Worst apartment ever they have roaches and they never fix anything you ask like your heat during winter being off it’s also in a bad neighborhood
The managers need to be replace they don't know how treat the tenants, specially if you are none white tenant.
Honestly, this place is horrable. Poor managers with attitude. Every year you might get 3 to 4 manegers with attitude and they speak like they are CEO. There are lots of unimaginable things that happen here such as bulet coming into your window, people shooting each other in the hallway, homeless sleeping in front of your unit and your car is not safe in the underground parking either. I would highly advised you to think twice or talk to current resident before you move in. If I only could rate this under zero I would.
This apartments are invested with rates. The maintenance have no knowledge of finishing one work order. They charge you for maintenance work. The managers are very very bossy and they treat or speak to you like you are their 2 year old puppy. They hire people without Brians and they don’t last longer either. Some of the units are only rented by homeless people which allows more violent and unlimited access for other people to enter the building and cause problems such as breaking cars, drug usage and human west in the common... read more
