I have recently completed my first year of treatment with Dr. Frey and his incredible team at Winning Smiles Orthodontics. The good reviews from this place are from when Dr. Brown was the orthodontist. He has sadly passed away about a year ago and winning smiles is now ran by Dr. Frey. This place has done a complete 360 since Dr. Brown passed away! Starting with the staff... unprofessional and RUDE! They NEVER answer the phone at the hyattsville office and are NEVER welcoming at the front desk when you arrive. If your appointment is at 1PM, be prepared to not be serviced until 1:30/1:45.
