Fantastic visit as usual. Everyone is extremely friendly and efficient. *Sadly Winning Smiles in Orchard Park has gone completely downhill since this postive review was posted. Our family of 5 have been patients of Winning smiles for 17 years and we have always loved it there until recently. It is nearly impossible to get through to anyone on the new phone system, billing discrepancies have been handled with threatening letters and texts. The Orchard Park location does NOT answer the phone. You can call 5 times in a row, and no one will pick up. Years ago when my kids started at this practice, they prided themselves on being prompt and courteous, especially of working parents. The practice as a whole has gone downhill. And no, I do not want to call your 833 number and speak to someone in Pittsburgh. I want to talk to someone in OP.
