I have had my teeth cleaned here and it seems fine. One set of x rays when I began and then offered on subsequent visits (I declined). I do not trust dentists in general, so will simply say that I will return. When I have a big need to have more work done than a cleaning, I will know better how to rate the business.

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
