Dr. Polen discussed all possible treatment options and procedures clearly and without rushing me to make a decision regarding my mastectomy. She has been a great resource and has always answered questions and concerns in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
I just had my 4 year checkup with Dr Polen and am so pleased. She performed a lumpectomy and have had a clean bill of health every since. Additionally, the scar has healed beautifully as a line just like she said it would. I am forever grateful and highly recommend her if you are looking for a skilled surgeon.
My friend went to her so I went to see her for a biopsy. She and her staff talked me through the process and it was quick!
I found a lump in my right breast in JAN 2023. After the biopsy, I was referred to Dr Polen who informed me of my options and I chose a double mastectomy because of my family history of breast cancers. She and the plastic surgeon did a fantastic job. I look and feel great now. Thank you!!
Dr. Pollen is wonderful. She is very patient and kind and answers any and all questions in a way that is understandable and comforting. I feel like I am in excellent hands with her.
My GYN referred me to Dr Polen because I had an abnormal finding on my recent mammogram. The radiologist didn't explain much but Dr Polen clarified things so at least now I know what we are monitoring and why.
Dr. Polen is incredible. I have been to hundreds of doctors over the years and had a complicated history. She reviewed my entire chart while in the office (something no other specialist had done). She focused on the whole picture, rather than just her specialty and actually seemed interested in helping me and listening to how I ended up in her office. Glad I saw her. They found something on my mammogram. No one could tell me what was going on! Saw Dr Polen and she explained nicely. Although I need more testing, at least I have a plan now!
I am cancer free now! Dr Polen did my lumpectomy and lymph node biopsy in JAN 2020 and I finally completed my radiation treatment with Dr Schrieber due to COVID19. Everything went smoothly. I can finally breathe now (with a mask on)
