The friendliest staff I’ve ever met, took care of me and had the best bedside service during a difficult time.
Ally was the most incredible Dr. (midwife) I have ever worked with. She talked with me through complications and made the moves we needed to have a successful labor and delivery. She continued to follow up with my care and help me understand everything that went on. Unfortunately, none of the nurses at Winnie Palmer know how to find a vein on the first try without digging around. And a few don’t know how to properly check dilation. However they all were very nice and did what they could to help. Super tiny postpartum rooms.
The Nurses in the NICU were absolutely amazing!!! From the moment I walked in to the time I left, they were absolutely amazing. Especially Mikala, she was very patient and in all our conversations she displayed compassion and definetly showed her love for the babies!
I went in expecting to deliver naturally. The nurses were extremely observant when I stopped dilating and noticed my babys O2 levels were dropping. They explained how i would need to get a c section and as a first time mom that was a extremely scary decision for me to make. The nurses and doctors kept me calm and told me how its the best decision. I ended up doing the c section an was able to see my baby quickly. I loved my experience at winnie and i loved my whole care team. I appreciate all of you
