The work was rushed and it looks so sloppy. I tried asking him to fix my polish, my cuticles as well as the shape several times. They look dry, uneven and look much worse compared to how I walked in. He charged me $10+ for gel removal. When I told the front desk she asked if I want him to fix it....she didn't even look. Just handed me an envelope for tipping.
As someone in the service industry I never treated or will ever treat someone the way they did me and my friend went for a pedicure and a full set. Then nails overall were horrible done and the service was the worse I ever seen we were treated bad after we spoke Spanish probably to an assuption that we werent going to tip. I’m the type to always tip but regret giving them my money. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE
The lady at the front rush to get us into the chair, she told us one price and then at the end she double charged us for things that she didn’t mentioned before. I've come here for a few months now and everyone who did my nails did a great job! Steve just did this set and i'm in love they look so good!
