We were having a 90th birthday celebration for my father, and I knew that Winnie and Hansen would be the perfect choice for designing the centrepieces. I needed 22 pieces and asked them to make them colourful and bright - they could design them the way they wanted. Pre-ordered a custom bouquet and was told on arrival that they gave it to someone else who "wanted it more". Refused to make me a new one and offered an unattractive bouquet filled with flowers my mom was allergic to. Terrible service and respect for clientele. Been coming here for years but it's just not worth it anymore.
