My braids was only good for 2 business days after my braids start to loosened and fallen out. I will not do business with this braiding hair salon or recommendation. Not to mention the place was very cold because it was in the middle of winter, they barely had heat. I had to keep my coat on the entire time.
I texted the shop to inquire about a braided style. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to book with them but I really appreciated their quick, clear, and positive communication! Looking forward to booking with them in the future.

I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience today. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional, deceptive, and utterly subpar. Upon arrival, I was quoted $120 to braid the perimeter of my hair. However, once the stylist began working, they suddenly claimed there was a “misunderstanding” and insisted the price would be higher. I rarely ever do reviews; but I definitely needed to write one! I got my braids done at Winnie Hair Braiding about three and a half weeks ago, and I’m still getting compliments—they look that good.
