Never going back here, she initially told me two corn rolls will be $40, I went and she made some bs up about my hair texture and it’s “hard” for her to do my hair and charged me $60. Mind you I get my hair braided all the time never had a problem with my texture. I asked for zig zag parts and she screwed it up as well. I’m writing this review and I’m so mad right now!! I don’t know how I pay $250 to do my hair and did not get my money’s worth. It’s only two weeks as of today and my hair is constantly falling out. First n foremost, the young lady’s that she has in her shop does not know how to do hair. Winnie did not do my hair and she was not there to even see if my hair was done correctly. They are nice, which makes being completely disappointed so much worse. For context, I have short (but catchable) soft hair. I got braids on 8/28 and ended up back at the shop the next day 8/29 to replace two braids that fell out. Went away on Tuesday 9/10 and ended up undoing the rest that hadn’t fallen out by 9/13. I gave 2 stars because they are very nice about accommodating and fixing errors (while creating so many more). I got changed $280 for “small medium with curls” and wasn’t happy once.
