No one wants to co-sign for an apartment, we’ve never been asked for one. Was reassured numerous times my spouse and I should be good to move in and sign our lease. Can't even park here without license so with two kids we had to walk blocks to even get home they won't even let you celebrate 4th of July they never return your phone calls they kick you out for nothing the neighbors call the police over the slightest peep no pool no immenitties elevator never works n is a death trap trust me avoid this place oh n they charge ya 90 a month for water and like I said before you got a better chance at seeing god getting ahold of staff let alone them calling you back
