My appointment was at 8:30. Starting off the lady was late she didn’t arrive until 9. Before booking my appointment I called not once but twice to make sure I was paying $200. I brought my own hair and was told if they had to use the second pack I’d be charged $240 instead of the original price which I was not aware of before hand. The lady doing my hair was very rough with my hair. ZERO stars!!! Absolutely worst hair braiding experience ever. It was a nightmare dragged out over 2 days. Rude beyond belief and TERRIBLE quality on top of that. One worker kept putting her hands on me after I asked her not to touch me and then took scissors and cut the braids out of my hair. Physically blocked me from trying to leave the salon and then followed me outside. I couldn’t make this stuff up. From the owner on down…none of these women should be braiding hair and definitely not running a service oriented business.... read more

Bad customer service. I would not recommend. I never got a chance to go because she didn’t want to answer questions. I was able to book at another Braider in the area for over $40 less than her original price.
