Have gone to Winner's in the past and never disappointed. till now. Took computer in for update to new printer and general clean-up of files, on a Fri. Called them Tues and was told would probably end of day. Tues. Heard nothing from them. I called Thurs and was told some files damaged and he was working on it. Probably ready end of day. Again, no call. Stopped in Fri and he showed me issues. I agreed to purchase a new hard drive. Ok, I understand, but some communication would have been nice.
