Received mail advertisement. Deal or no deal. Allegedly won. As a Very skeptical/ cynical person to begin with. Didn't believe I actually won but atleast entertained it cause I am in the market for a vehicle. The ad said they had Malibu's for 199 / mo. Once they broke the news that I didn't actually win a prize I said sure I'll atleast walk the lot look at your trucks or some Malibu's they didn't have either lol. Brought my car in because I had misplaced the lug nut key. They took the lock off and put a new lug nut on free of charge! Extremely satisfied with their service and hospitality.
Didn’t tell me the full truth about when we start paying and we missed and were late for our payment and on top of that wasn’t well informed on car condition it was in since it was returned from a precious customer
Had a problem with the PCM / EPCM module on my 2019 Ram. I live in Suffolk and went to Southern Ram on Western Branch Blvd, they couldn't take me that day (Tuesday) but made an appointment for me for Thursday, 8am.
